Abstract

Deadline September 30th, 2025 Prepare your abstract,  maximum length: 250 words. Do not insert images or tabs (Abstract_Template_Polcom2025)

Full paper

Deadline October 31st, 2025 Write your article. Please follow the typing instruction and remember it must be 6 pages long (Sample paper). 

Presentation

Short presentation of your work is due (10 minutes long). Do not forget to fill the Copyright Transfer Agreement. You will be contacted to submit it
